The Plan of the oppising, Party for Democracy and Development (Chadema) announcing a cadre of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Edward Lowassa, to join the party was expected to be implemented yesterday, has stalled amid reports of divisions within the Union Constitution (Ukawa).
This week, this website have written notice that Chadema they planned to announce Hon. Lowassa last Sunday after finishing a conversation with him, but it that did not succeed .
Reports from inside Chadema allege that goes cadre whom his future within the party entered flaws after his name removed while searching for the presidency, he could now officially announced any time this week.

"That he comes to Chadema it is not a secret anymore, but the plan of announcing today (yesterday) was unsuccessful due to the existence of different forums most important into Ukawa , Chadema and CUF," said our informer within Chadema.

Yesterday, Chadema had convened an emergency meeting of the Central Committee in Dar es Salaam where CUF also have a meeting of the General Assembly in Zanzibar, all they discussed only one issue; Ukawa into the presidency.
